讀經一（加音襲擊了弟弟亞伯爾，將他殺死。）

恭讀創世紀　4:1-15,25

亞當認識了自己的妻子厄娃，厄娃懷了孕，生了加音說：「我賴上主獲得了一個人。」以後她生了加音的弟弟亞伯爾；亞伯爾牧羊，加音耕田。有一天，加音把田地的出產作祭品獻給天主；同時亞伯爾獻上自己羊群中最肥美而又是首生的羊；上主惠顧了亞伯爾和他的祭品，卻沒有惠顧加音和他的祭品；因此加音大怒，垂頭喪氣。上主對加音說：「你為什麼發怒？為什麼垂頭喪氣？你若做得好，豈不也可仰起頭來？你若做得不好，罪惡就伏在你門前，企圖對付你，但你應制服它。」

事後加音對他弟弟亞伯爾說：「我們到田間去！」當他們在田間的時候，加音就襲擊了弟弟亞伯爾，將他殺死。上主對加音說：「你弟弟亞伯爾在那裏？」他答說：「我不知道，難道我是看守我弟弟的人？」上主說：「你作了什麼事？聽！你弟弟的血由地上向我喊冤。你現在是地上所咒罵的人，地張開口由你手中接收了你弟弟的血，從此你即使耕種，地也不會給你出產；你在地上要成個流離失所的人。」加音對上主說：「我的罪罰太重，無法承擔。看你今天將我由這地面上驅逐，我該躲避你的面，在地上成了個流離失所的人；那麼凡遇見我的，必要殺我。」上主對他說：「決不這樣，凡殺加音的人，一定要受七倍的罰。」上主遂給加音一個記號，以免遇見他的人擊殺他。

亞當又認識了自己的妻子，她生了個兒子，給他起名叫舍特說：「天主又賜給了我一個兒子，代替加音殺了的亞伯爾。」——上主的話。

答唱詠　詠50:1,8,16-17,20-21

【答】：你應該向天主奉獻頌謝祭。

領：上主出令傳召整個大地——由太陽的出處直到太陽的落處——說：「我並不因你的祭獻而責備你，因為我面前常有你的全燔祭。」【答】

領：你怎麼膽敢傳述我的誡命，你的口怎敢朗誦我的法令？你豈不是惱恨規矩，將我的話置諸腦後？【答】

領：你不停地毀謗你的兄弟，常污辱你母親的兒子。你既作了這些，我豈能緘口不言？難道你竟以為我真能與你一般？我要責斥你，將一切放在你眼前。【答】

福音前歡呼

領：亞肋路亞。

領：主說：我是道路、真理、生命，除非經過我，誰也不能到父那裏去。

福音（為什麼這一代要求徵兆？）

恭讀聖馬爾谷福音　8:11-13

那時候，法利塞人出來，開始和耶穌辯論，向他要求一個來自天上的徵兆，想試探他。耶穌從心裏嘆息說：「為什麼這一世代要求徵兆？我實在告訴你們，必不給這世代一個徵兆！」他就離開他們，再上船往對岸去了。——上主的話。

釋義

如果連門徒們也不瞭解耶穌，那麼，法利塞人的不信當然也不足為奇。他們並不要求一個奇蹟，而是要求「一個來自天上的徵兆」，例如一個從未見過的自然景象，以此做為證據，證明耶穌是天主派遣來的。但是他們如此要求，並不是真正為了要相信，而是為了「試探」耶穌，當然他們預估耶穌無法如此證明自己。這個要求是荒謬的；耶穌當然可以賞賜如同這樣的記號，但不是人們可以要求的。信仰並不是一個人們可以安穩倚靠的精準確定性；信仰更像是人們必須和耶穌一起登上一條船，藉以達到「對岸」。

Monday of the Sixth Week in Ordinary Time Lectionary: 335 Reading I Gn 4:1-15, 25

The man had relations with his wife Eve, and she conceived and bore Cain, saying, “I have produced a man with the help of the LORD.” Next she bore his brother Abel. Abel became a keeper of flocks, and Cain a tiller of the soil. In the course of time Cain brought an offering to the LORD from the fruit of the soil, while Abel, for his part, brought one of the best firstlings of his flock. The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not. Cain greatly resented this and was crestfallen. So the LORD said to Cain: “Why are you so resentful and crestfallen. If you do well, you can hold up your head; but if not, sin is a demon lurking at the door: his urge is toward you, yet you can be his master.” Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let us go out in the field.” When they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. Then the LORD asked Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?” He answered, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?” The LORD then said: “What have you done! Listen: your brother’s blood cries out to me from the soil! Therefore you shall be banned from the soil that opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. If you till the soil, it shall no longer give you its produce. You shall become a restless wanderer on the earth.” Cain said to the LORD: “My punishment is too great to bear. Since you have now banished me from the soil, and I must avoid your presence and become a restless wanderer on the earth, anyone may kill me at sight.” “Not so!” the LORD said to him. “If anyone kills Cain, Cain shall be avenged sevenfold.” So the LORD put a mark on Cain, lest anyone should kill him at sight. Adam again had relations with his wife, and she gave birth to a son whom she called Seth. “God has granted me more offspring in place of Abel,” she said, “because Cain slew him.”

經文中，加音因天主惠顧了弟弟的祭品，而沒有惠顧自己的祭品而嫉妒，請你感受一下加音發怒、喪氣的情緒。在這些情緒下層，你是否能感覺到加音其實很渴望被接納、被讚賞？也許我們也有類似的經驗。

當我們感到被拒絕，或認為自己不被公平的對待時，我們也會惱羞成怒，想反擊、毀掉那些我們認為是痛苦根源的人。小心，這是誘惑！

經文說：「罪惡就伏在你門前，企圖對付你！但你應制服它。」天主就是不希望加音被情緒帶著走，所以提醒他，該制服的對手不是弟弟，而是他心中的罪惡。

「你為什麼發怒？為什麼垂頭喪氣？你若做得好，豈不也可仰起頭來？」天主懇求加音冷靜想想，他不高興的根源到底是什麼？原來加音在準備祭品上沒有弟弟用心。或許他雖然渴望被愛、被接納，但卻不願意付出代價。沒有付出，又怎能有期待的收穫呢？這道理人人都知道，但許多人仍然想靠僥倖獲取好處。

今天，我們看到天主是一個仁慈的天主，但祂的仁慈不是縱容加音的吊兒郎當或忽視他的無理取鬧。他願意教導加音去反思自己的行為，以成熟的態度面對自己的情緒和決定產生的後果。可惜，加音不願意接受天主的引導，制服心中的罪惡，因而釀出悲劇。

你呢？你是否願意開放自己，讓天主帶領你、並教導你為自己的情緒和決定負責？

不滿他人時，先問自己：「我渴望什麼？」

2月15日饮食见真情

我们都需要吃、喝才活得下去。但是用餐不仅仅是吃喝而已，也是欢庆我们共享的生命恩赐。一同用餐是最亲密、也最庄严的人间活动。围在桌前，我们都变得真情流露，为彼此夹菜、倒饮料、叫对方多吃多喝一点。用餐不仅满足饥渴，共聚一桌，我们也成了家人、朋友、团体；最重要的，我们成了一个身体。所以说，摆桌子也很重要。鲜花、蜡烛、色彩缤纷的餐巾纸，让我们能彼此互说：“这是很特别的一段时间，我们好好享用吧！”~ 盧雲神父
