讀經一（尼尼微人離開了自己的邪路。）

恭讀約納先知書　3:1-10

上主的話傳給約納說：「你起身往尼尼微大城去，向他們宣告我曉諭你的事。」約納便依從上主的話，起身去了尼尼微。尼尼微在天主前是一座大城，需要三天的行程。約納開始進城，行了一天的路程，宣佈說：「還有四十天，尼尼微就要毀滅了。」

尼尼微人便信仰了天主，立即宣佈禁食，從大到小，都身披苦衣。當這消息傳到尼尼微王那裏，他便起來，離開自己的寶座，脫去長服，披上苦衣，坐在灰土中；然後命人以君王的諭令和其大臣的名義，在尼尼微宣佈說：「人、牲畜、牛羊，都不可吃什麼；不可牧放，也不可喝水。人和牲畜，都應身披苦衣，人要懇切呼求天主，更要轉離自己的邪路，放棄手中的暴行。誰知道天主也許會轉意憐憫，收回自己的烈怒，使我們不致滅亡。」天主看到他們所行的事，看到他們離開了自己的邪路，遂憐憫他們，不將已宣佈的災禍，降在他們身上。——上主的話。

答唱詠　詠51:3-4,12-13,18-19

【答】：天主，你不輕視痛悔和謙卑的赤心。

領：天主，求你按照你的仁慈憐憫我，依你豐厚的慈愛，消滅我的罪惡。求你把我的過犯洗盡，求你把我的罪惡除淨。【答】

領：天主，求你給我再造一顆純潔的心，求你使我心重獲堅固的精神。求你不要從你的面前把我拋棄，不要從我身上將你的聖神收回。【答】

領：因為你既然不喜悅祭獻，我獻全燔祭，你也不喜歡。天主，我的祭獻就是這痛悔的精神，天主，你不輕看痛悔和謙卑的赤心。【答】

福音前歡呼

領：主耶穌，我們讚美光榮你。

眾：主耶穌，我們讚美光榮你。

領：上主說：「你們應全心歸向我，因為我是寬仁慈悲的。」

福音（除了約納的徵兆外，必不給這一代任何其他徵兆。）

恭讀聖路加福音　11:29-32

群眾集合攏來的時候，耶穌開始說：「這一世代是一邪惡的世代：它要求徵兆，除了約納的徵兆外，必不給它任何其他徵兆。因為，有如約納為尼尼微人是個徵兆，將來人子為這一世代也是這樣。南方的女王，在審判時，將同這一代人起來，定他們的罪，因為她從地極來，聽撒羅滿的智慧；看，這裏有一位大於撒羅滿的！尼尼微人在審判時，將同這一代人起來，定他們的罪，因為尼尼微人因了約納的宣講而悔改了；看，這裏有一位大於約納的！——上主的話。

反省

尼尼微大城的如此轉變使我們震驚，城中人民的悔改給我們傳達了一個訊息：團體的悔改是可能的。尼尼微人因著約納的宣講而放棄了罪惡生活，先知約納就成為他們整座城悔改的標記。同樣，耶穌不斷地向人呼籲：你們悔改信從福音吧，因為天國臨近了！可是我們常對耶穌的話充耳不聞，卻在耶穌以外尋找自己所好，在此世隨波逐流，尋找財富與名譽。因此，無論教會還是社會團體，都要以耶穌的話來集體反省，學習尼尼微人，放棄罪惡的生活，重新回到天主愛的懷抱。（「我靈讚頌主 iBreviarium」── 樂仁出版社供稿）

Wednesday of the First Week of Lent Lectionary: 226 Reading I Jon 3:1-10

The word of the LORD came to Jonah a second time: “Set out for the great city of Nineveh, and announce to it the message that I will tell you.” So Jonah made ready and went to Nineveh, according to the LORD’s bidding. Now Nineveh was an enormously large city; it took three days to go through it. Jonah began his journey through the city, and had gone but a single day’s walk announcing, “Forty days more and Nineveh shall be destroyed,” when the people of Nineveh believed God; they proclaimed a fast and all of them, great and small, put on sackcloth. When the news reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, laid aside his robe, covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in the ashes. Then he had this proclaimed throughout Nineveh, by decree of the king and his nobles: “Neither man nor beast, neither cattle nor sheep, shall taste anything; they shall not eat, nor shall they drink water. Man and beast shall be covered with sackcloth and call loudly to God; every man shall turn from his evil way and from the violence he has in hand. Who knows, God may relent and forgive, and withhold his blazing wrath, so that we shall not perish.” When God saw by their actions how they turned from their evil way, he repented of the evil that he had threatened to do to them; he did not carry it out. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn. Have mercy on me, O God, in your goodness; in the greatness of your compassion wipe out my offense. Thoroughly wash me from my guilt and of my sin cleanse me.

While still more people gathered in the crowd, Jesus said to them, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign will be given it, except the sign of Jonah. Just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so will the Son of Man be to this generation. At the judgment the queen of the south will rise with the men of this generation and she will condemn them, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and there is something greater than Solomon here. At the judgment the men of Nineveh will arise with this generation and condemn it, because at the preaching of Jonah they repented, and there is something greater than Jonah here.”

聖凱撒利烏納齊盎是聖額我略納齊盎的弟弟。兄弟兩人自幼受良好教育。長大後，額我略往巴勒斯坦攻讀，凱撒利烏往亞歷山大城深造。除哲學及修辭學外，他精通醫學，為當時著名的醫生之一。叛教者儒里安皇帝延聘他為御醫，但後來皇帝勸他背棄天主教，他就依然辭職，往別地行醫。三六八年尼賽大地震，凱撒利烏死裡逃生，深感世事虛幻，看破紅塵，於是將全部家產施捨窮人，出家修道，在一年後逝世。聖人曾說；「莫把世事順逆當回事，重要是時時注視天主，真正壞的是罪，真正好的是德。聖德把我們和天主聯在一起。」

2.24（三）天主德能的徵兆 路加福音十一29-32

主耶穌仰望著圍繞著祂的群眾，他們每一個人都跟祂要東西，每一個人都要一個徵兆。耶穌對於這樣的人說了很強烈的話：「這一世代是一個邪惡的世代」。我們認為的邪惡是做惡事的人，但耶穌卻說，沒有信賴祂的人就是邪惡的人。我們呢？我們做了那麼多年的教友，對耶穌的信德有沒有多一點成長呢？是不是看不到生活困境的改善而氣餒，也因此對耶穌沒有興趣了呢？

我們還在求徵兆嗎？主耶穌唯一會給的徵兆就是祂被釘在十架上的樣子；我們如今到處都能看到苦像。沒有信德，我們只能看見十字架；有信德，我們卻能看見十字架和復活。

耶穌時代的人只渴望祂減少他們人生的痛苦，他們不願意看懂痛苦中的德能，人性軟弱中能顯示的天主德能。有信德承受的痛苦可以帶出什麼呢？它可以讓人更接納自己的真面目、自己的不完美。痛苦可以教我們更謙虛。

然而，習慣掌控一切的我們忍受不了軟弱成了我們徵兆，因為人渴望在自己和別人眼前常是幸福、美滿的。但我們卻忘記，只有天主是完美的。

基督徒，今天我們再次被邀請讓痛苦和喜樂，不完美和軟弱，讓生活所發生的一切成為我們謙虛和順服天主的徵兆，顯示天主比我們還要大的徵兆，而接納成了愛的徵兆。

默想主耶穌在人眼前留下的徵兆—十字架上的祂。

(活出聖言)

我希望在別人面前顯露出什麼樣子呢？

(全心祈禱)

主耶穌，求祢幫助我，讓我在人人眼中顯示出祢是我唯一的主。

2月24日  讓秘密見光 
我們都有秘密：別人不知道的思想、記憶、感受。我們常想：別人如果知道我的想法感受，就不會喜歡我了。這些小心收藏的秘密能對我們造成很大的傷害，讓我們感到愧疚、羞恥、使得我們自暴自棄、沮喪，甚至有自殺的念頭和行為。 
處理秘密有個很重要的方法，就是找一處令自己感到安全的地方，告訴我們信賴的人。如果我們合宜地讓自己的秘密見光，並且與別人一同審視，我們就不再獨守秘密，而那些我們信賴的朋友也會愛我們更深，與我們更親密。讓秘密見光可以使內心得醫治，重尋群體生活。吐露秘密不僅能教別人更愛我們，也更能愛自己。~ 盧雲神父
