讀經一（上主，求你憐憫我和她，賜我們白頭偕老。）
恭讀多俾亞傳 6:10-11;7:1,9-17;8:4-9
那時候，拉法厄爾天使和多俾亞進了瑪待，離厄克巴塔納已近，拉法厄爾對少年人說：「多俾亞弟弟！」他答說：「我在這裏。」天使對他說：「今夜我們應住在辣古耳的家裏，他是你的親戚，他有一個女兒名叫撒辣。」
當他們進入厄克巴塔納時，多俾亞對天使說：「阿匝黎雅兄，請領我一直到我們的同胞辣古耳那裏去！」天使便領他到了辣古耳的家；他們看見他正坐在庭院門口，便先向他請安。他對他們說：「兄弟，歡迎！歡迎！祝你們安好！」隨後領他們進了自己的家。沐浴潔身以後，當入席用飯時，多俾亞對拉法厄爾說：「阿匝黎雅兄，請你向辣古耳請求，把我的妹妹撒辣許配給我！」辣古耳聽了這話，便對少年人說：「今晚你吃喝快樂吧！親家，因為除你以外，沒有別人有權利娶我的女兒撒辣；同樣，除你以外，我也沒有權利把她嫁給別人，因為你是我的至親。但是，孩子，我必須把真情告訴你：我已把她嫁過我們同胞中七個人，但是，他們都在當夜正接近她時死去了。但是，孩子，現今你吃喝吧！上主必要在你們中行事。」多俾亞說：「若你不決定我的事，我在這裏也不吃，也不喝。」辣古耳對他說：「好！我決定按照梅瑟書上所規定的，把她嫁給你；她嫁你也是上天命定的，所以你娶你的妹妹吧！從今以後，你是他的哥哥，她是你的妹妹。從今天起，她永遠歸於你。孩子！盼望天上的大主今夜賜與你們幸福，在你們身上施行仁慈與平安！」
接著，辣古耳叫了自己的女兒撒辣來；她來到他跟前，他便握著她的手，遞給多俾亞說：「按照梅瑟書上的法律與規定，你娶她為妻吧！她已歸你所有，你領她平安到你父親那裏去，天上的大主必使你們平安順遂！」於是又叫撒辣的母親拿出書卷來，寫了婚書，並寫下他們怎麼按照梅瑟法律的規定，把她嫁給他為妻，並蓋了印。此後，他們便開始吃喝。辣古耳喚自己的妻子厄得納說：「妹妹，請你準備另一間房子，領她進去吧！」她便照所吩咐的，到房裏去準備蓆榻，然後領她進去。這時她竟為她的女兒痛哭起來，隨後擦乾眼淚，向她說：「女兒，你放心！願天上的大主使你變憂為喜。女兒，你放心吧！」她遂出去了。
人們出去以後，他們倆關上了房門。多俾亞便從床上坐起來，對她說：「妹妹，起來！我們一同祈禱，祈求我們的上主，在我們身上施行仁慈和保祐。」她便起來，於是一起開始祈禱，祈求上主保祐他們；他便開始祈禱說：「我們祖宗的天主，你是應受讚美的！你的名號是世世代代應受頌揚的。諸天及你的一切受造物，都應讚頌你於無窮之世。是你造了亞當，是你造了厄娃作他的妻子，作他的輔助和依靠，好從他們二人傳生人類。你曾說過：一人獨處不好，我要給他造個相稱的助手。上主，現在我娶我這個妹妹，並不是由於情欲，而是出自純正的意向。求你憐憫我和她，賜我們白頭偕老！」他們互相答說：「亞孟！亞孟！」隨後便睡了一夜。——上主的話。
答唱詠 詠128:1-2,3,4-5
【答】：敬畏上主的人，是有福的。
領：不拘你是誰，只要你敬畏上主，在他的道路上行走，就算有福！你能吃你雙手賺來的食物，你便實在幸運，也萬事有福！【答】
領：你的妻子住在你的內室，像一株葡萄樹結實纍纍；你的子女繞著你的桌椅，相似橄欖樹的枝葉茂密。【答】
領：的確，誰敬畏上主，必受這樣的祝福！惟願上主由熙雍聖山向你祝福，使你一生得見耶路撒冷的福祿。【答】

那時候，有一位經師聽見了耶穌與撒杜塞人辯論，覺得耶穌對他們回答得好，便上前來，問他說：「一切誡命中，那一條是第一條呢？」耶穌回答說：「第一條是：『以色列！你要聽！上主我們的天主是唯一的天主。你應當全心、全靈、全意、全力愛上主，你的天主。』第二條是：『你應當愛近人如你自己。』再沒有別的誡命比這兩條更大的了。」那經師對耶穌說：「不錯！師傅說的實在對：他是唯一的，除他以外，再沒有別的：應以全心、全意、全力愛他，並愛近人如自己，遠超過一切全燔祭和犧牲。」耶穌見他回答的明智，便對他說：「你離天主的國不遠了。」從此，沒有人敢再問他。——上主的話。
釋義
一位經師前來請教耶穌，什麼是第一條（最重要）的誡命。相對於整個脈絡中（谷十二）的其他問題，看起來這位經師應該是真誠地提出問題（參閱：34）。
對我們而言，耶穌的回答是如此熟悉，以致於更難真正地聆聽並感受其重要性。第一部份是「全心、全靈、全意、全力愛上主，你的天主」，這來自於猶太人每天重複的信仰宣示。「愛天主」的意思是承認祂是唯一的。人如此強烈地接受祂的光輝，因而能夠把來自於天主的愛和喜樂和自己最近的人分享。在這裡的重點並不是「感覺」，而是天主的能力與王權成為所有人都可以經驗到的事實。

Raphael and Tobit entered Media and had nearly reached Ecbetana when Raphael said to the boy, ‘Brother Tobias.’ ‘Yes?’ he answered. The angel went on, ‘Tonight we shall be staying with Raguel, who is a kinsman of yours. He has a daughter called Sarah, but apart from Sarah he has no other son or daughter.’ As they entered Ecbatana, Tobias said, ‘Brother Azarias, take me at once to our brother Raguel’s.’ And he showed him the way to the house of Raguel, whom they found sitting beside his courtyard door. They greeted him first, and he replied, ‘Welcome and greetings, brothers.’ And he took them into his house. He said to his wife Edna, ‘How like my brother Tobit this young man is!’ Raguel killed a sheep from the flock, and they gave them a warm-hearted welcome. They washed and bathed and sat down to table. Then Tobias said to Raphael, ‘Brother Azarias, will you ask Raguel to give me my sister Sarah?’ Raguel overheard the words, and said to the young man, ‘Eat and drink, and make the most of your evening; no one else has the right to take my daughter Sarah – no one but you, my brother. In any case I, for my own part, am not at liberty to give her to anyone else, since you are her next of kin. However, my boy, I must be frank with you: I have tried to find a husband for her seven times among our kinsmen, and all of them have died the first evening, on going to her room. But for the present, my boy, eat and drink; the Lord will grant you his grace and peace.’ Tobias spoke out, ‘I will not hear of eating and drinking till you have come to a decision about me.’ Raguel answered, ‘Very well. Since, as prescribed by the Book of Moses, she is given to you, heaven itself decrees she shall be yours. I therefore entrust your sister to you. From now you are her brother and she is your sister. She is given to you from today for ever. The Lord of heaven favour you tonight, my child, and grant you his grace and peace.’ Raguel called for his daughter Sarah, took her by the hand and gave her to Tobias with these words, ‘I entrust her to you; the law and the ruling recorded in the Book of Moses assign her to you as your wife. Take her; take her home to your father’s house with a good conscience. The God of heaven grant you a good journey in peace.’ Then he turned to her mother and asked her to fetch him writing paper. He drew up the marriage contract, how he gave his daughter as bride to Tobias according to the ordinance in the Law of Moses. After this they began to eat and drink. The parents, meanwhile, had gone out and shut the door behind them. Tobias rose from the bed, and said to Sarah, ‘Get up, my sister! You and I must pray and petition our Lord to win his grace and his protection.’ She stood up, and they began praying for protection, and this was how he began: ‘You are blessed, O God of our fathers; blessed, too, is your name for ever and ever. Let the heavens bless you and all things you have made for evermore. It was you who created Adam, you who created Eve his wife to be his help and support; and from these two the human race was born. It was you who said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; let us make him a helpmate like himself.” And so I do not take my sister for any lustful motive; I do it in singleness of heart. Be kind enough to have pity on her and on me and bring us to old age together.’ And together they said, ‘Amen, Amen’, and lay down for the night.

Gospel Mark 12:28-34
One of the scribes came up to Jesus and put a question to him, ‘Which is the first of all the commandments?’ Jesus replied, ‘This is the first: Listen, Israel, the Lord our God is the one Lord, and you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You must love your neighbour as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.’ The scribe said to him, ‘Well spoken, Master; what you have said is true: that he is one and there is no other. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and strength, and to love your neighbour as yourself, this is far more important than any holocaust or sacrifice.’ Jesus, seeing how wisely he had spoken, said, ‘You are not far from the kingdom of God.’ And after that no one dared to question him any more.

聖嘉祿盧安江及其他殉道者（SS. Charles Lwanga, Joseph Mkasa and other Martyrs）
一八七九年，拉米奇里樞機領導的非洲傳教會司鐸，開始在非洲中部烏干達地區撒播信道的種子。
烏干達酋長木亞迦對基督聖教非常仇視，下決心將天主教連根鏟除。酋長的侍衛若瑟加薩信奉天主教，看不慣酋長的放蕩生活，直言勸諫。木亞迦大怒，就把加薩判處死刑。一八八五年十一月十五日，加薩為主致命。
木亞迦的本意，原想殺一儆百，叫信友們感到害怕，放棄宗教信仰。可是結果適得其反；這件慘案發生後，信友們加倍熱心，更加竭力傳揚天主教。
酋長的侍衛中，很多是信奉天主教的。一位名叫但尼斯山果華亞的，給另一位侍衛華夫講解要理。被酋長查出，就把但尼斯叫來，親手用長矛刺死。
接著，酋長下令封鎖府邸，四面用兵卒看守，不許任何人出入。同時派人召集劊子手，將信教的人一律殺死。
繼若瑟加薩任侍衛長的查理王加，也是一位教徒。他見府邸密密被封，情勢危急，就連夜給四位尚在望教的侍衛付洗，其中有一位名叫基徐多。
到了天明，酋長召集全體侍衛，下令凡是信教的，都站出來。在聖查理王加和聖基徐多二位領導下，十五位信教的侍衛（他們的年齡在二十五歲以下）列隊向前。還有兩位侍衛和兩位兵士，也自動加入他們的隊伍。
酋長問他們是否繼續信奉天主教，烈士們眾口一詞答道：「直到死亡的時候為止。」酋長咬牙切齒地說：「好，就讓他們死了吧！」
刑場離酋長的府邸有三十七里之遠。眾烈士解往刑場時，盧德神父混在旁觀的群眾中間。他親眼看見，年輕的基徐多一面走，一面談笑自若。盧德神父本想上前去給他們說幾句話。可是官吏禁止盧德神父與他們交談，所以他只好遠遠地目送他們向刑場出發。烈士們的態度多麼鎮靜，充分表現出他們內心多麼快樂，多麼平安。
三位烈士在路上就被人殺死。其餘的幾位，在刑場用烈火燒死。行刑的時候到了，烈士們被剝去衣服，裝在蘆葦編成的籃子裡，一人一個籃子，蘆葦點上了火，烈焰熊熊上升。人們很清楚地聽到烈士用洪亮的聲音高呼吾主耶穌的聖名。
在這次教難中，捨生致命的信友不計其數。其中有一位中年的法官瓦弟亞莫倫白，死時很慘，還有一位基古華村的村長安德肋加華的，他聽了福音以後，領洗信教，又把妻子勸化，每天給大批候洗教徒講解要理。
安德肋加華、查理王加、瓦弟亞莫倫白、若瑟加薩及其他十八位殉道烈士，均於一九二Ｏ年列入真福品，一九六四年教宗保祿六世又將他們列入聖品。
戴爾都良說的好：「殉道烈士的鮮血，是基督徒的種子。」就在嘉祿盧安江等教友遇難後的一年內，巴岡達族的信友人數由二百躍升五百，候洗的教友的人數由八百躍升至三千。

06.03 (四) 愛主愛人 聖才林及聖伯鐸殉道 瑪爾谷福音十二28-34
聆聽聖言
有一個經師上前來問耶穌說：「一切誡命中，那一條是第一條呢？」
耶穌回答說：
「第一條是：『以色列！你要聽！上主我們的天主是唯一的天主。你應當全心、全靈、全意、全力愛上主，你的天主。』第二條是：『你應當愛近人如你自己。』再沒有別的誡命比這兩條更大的了。」
那經師對耶穌說：
「不錯，師傅說得實在對：祂是唯一的，除祂以外，再沒有別的：應以全心、全意、全力愛祂，並愛近人如自己，遠超過一切全燔祭和犧牲。」
耶穌見他回答得明智，便對他說：
「你離天主的國不遠了。」
從此，沒有人敢再問祂。
釋經小幫手
經師問耶穌說：「一切誡命中，哪一條是第一條呢？」祂想知道最重要的誡命是什麽，但耶穌的回答卻把第一和第二條誡命連接起來：「第一條是：『以色列！你要聽！上主我們的天主是唯一的天主。你應當全心、全靈、全意、全力愛上主，你的天主。』第二條是：『你應當愛近人如你自己。』再沒有別的誡命比這兩條更大的了。」耶穌要告訴我們，愛天主以及愛近人其實是一體兩面的。是的，基督信仰的中心是天主，一個愛人的天主。每一個人被召喚和天主建立關係，認識祂，接受祂的愛，也學習去愛祂。今天我們也許可以自問：我如何表達我對天主的愛呢？我有全心、全靈、全意、全力愛祂嗎？還是，其實我對愛天主還有很多保留？我是否有勇氣去正視我和天主的關係呢？只有當我們有勇氣在天主面前呈現自己最真實的面貌，並體驗到祂無限的憐憫和耐心，我們才能真真實實打開心去接受祂也愛祂。第二條誡命「愛人如己」是全心愛天主的自然效果。當我們愈愛天主，我們愈能明瞭祂的心意，也愈想把祂的旨意看爲自己的使命、渴望。天主愛所有的人，那麽，愛天主的人理應期望能用祂給的力量、祂教的方式去愛人。但是，如果我們只是喜歡朝拜天主卻不按天主悅納的方式生活，自以為接近天主就比其他人更勝一籌而輕視、嫌棄他人，那我們其實已經離開天國好遠好遠了!

意識到愛天主和愛近人是一體兩面，我們不能說愛主卻又恨近人。
活出聖言
刻意走出自己去善待一個難愛的近人，並把你的用心奉獻給天主。
全心祈禱
主，愛近人並不容易，但卻爲一條通往天國的路。請祢幫助我。
