讀經一（判他受可恥的死刑。）
恭讀智慧篇 2:12, 17-21
惡人胡思亂想，說：「我們要陷害義人，因為他太令我們討厭，反對我們的作為，指責我們違犯法律，控訴我們行為不檢。我們要看看他的話，是否屬實，看他究竟有什麼結局。
「因為，如果義人是天主的兒子，天主一定會幫助他，拯救他脫離敵人的手。來吧！我們用恥辱和酷刑試驗他，查看他是否溫良，考驗他是否忍耐。我們判他受可恥的死刑，看他是否蒙受眷顧，如同他所說的一樣。」
惡人這樣思想，真是荒謬，因為邪惡使他們喪失了理智。——上主的話。
答唱詠 詠54:3-4, 5, 6,8
【答】：上主必扶持我的生命。（詠54:6）
領：天主，求你因你的名，拯救我；求你並以你的權能，為我伸冤。天主，求你俯聽我的祈求，側耳傾聽我的投訴。【答】
領：因為傲慢的人，起來攻擊我；蠻橫的人，想謀害我的生命。他們沒有把天主放在眼內。【答】
領：請看，天主必定給我助陣；上主必扶持我的生命。上主，我甘願向你奉上祭獻，我要讚頌你的美名。【答】
讀經二（正義的果實，是在和平中種植的。）
恭讀聖雅各伯書 3:16-4:3
親愛的：
那裡有嫉妒和紛爭，那裡就有擾亂，及種種惡行。至於從上而來的智慧，它首先是純潔的，其次是和平的、寬仁的、柔順的、充滿仁慈，及善果豐碩的、不偏不倚的、沒有偽善的。為締造和平的人，正義的果實，是在和平中種植的。
你們中間的戰爭，是從那裡來的？爭端是從那裡來的？豈不是從你們的肢體，因私慾的爭鬥而來的嗎？你們貪戀，如果得不到，於是，便要兇殺；你們嫉妒，如果不能獲得，於是，就要爭鬥，起來交戰。你們得不到，是因為你們不求；你們求而不得，是因為你們求的不當，只想滿足自己的淫樂。——上主的話。
福音前歡呼

眾：亞肋路亞。
領：天主藉著福音，召叫了我們，為使我們獲得主耶穌基督的光榮。（參閱得後2:14）

恭讀聖馬爾谷福音 9:30-37
那時候，耶穌和門徒經過加里肋亞。耶穌不願叫人知道，因為他那時正教訓他的門徒。
耶穌給他的門徒說：「人子將要被交在人手中，為人所殺；被殺以後，過了三天，他必要復活。」門徒卻不明白這番話，又害怕詢問他。
他們來到葛法翁，進入屋裡，耶穌問他的門徒說：「你們在路上爭論些什麼？」他們都默不出聲，因為他們在路上，彼此爭論誰最大。
耶穌坐下，叫那十二人過來，給他們說：「誰如果想做最大的，就得做眾人中最小的，並要做眾人的僕役。」
耶穌於是拉一個小孩子過來，放在門徒中間，又抱起他來，給門徒說：「誰因我的名字，收留一個這樣的小孩子，就是收留我；誰收留我，並不是收留我，而是收留那派遣我來的。」——上主的話。
反省
「那裡有嫉妒和紛爭，那裡就有擾亂，及種種惡行。」今天世上的各種動盪不安，全都是因為人拒絕領受真正的智慧、從上而來的智慧，卻按自己以為是聰明的方法行事。離開了天主，人的「智慧」充其量只是小聰明而已。
天主的智慧和人的智慧不同，是使人和睦團結，締造和平。憑一棵樹的果實，辨別出好樹和壞樹，同樣，從一個人的內涵也可以衡量他是否具有真正的智慧，從他的生命所流露的特質，可以辨別是連結於天主，抑或連結於魔鬼。愚昧總是帶來混亂，但智慧必帶來和平與正義。
雅各伯指出，紛爭的背後源於人沒有信靠天主，因為人想要滿足自己的私慾，而不是服侍他人。人什麼時候順從私慾，就必定與人發生衝突和紛爭。當「慾望」得到滿足時，人會自誇、自大；當「慾望」得不到滿足，看見別人得到了，甚或比我們更好更多時，就會嫉妒、爭執。因此，如果想要得到真正的平安，必須先克服自己的私慾偏情。除非我們心甘情願將心中的王位讓出來，讓耶穌基督在我們生命中為王，否則我們今生都不可能有真正的平安。
天主的愛在於謙卑，而非權勢。希望我們都能在彼此真誠的服侍中共建和諧家庭、和諧團體、和諧社會。

First reading Wisdom 2:12,17-20
The godless say to themselves: ‘Let us lie in wait for the virtuous man, since he annoys us and opposes our way of life, reproaches us for our breaches of the law and accuses us of playing false to our upbringing. ‘Let us see if what he says is true, let us observe what kind of end he himself will have. If the virtuous man is God’s son, God will take his part and rescue him from the clutches of his enemies. Let us test him with cruelty and with torture, and thus explore this gentleness of his and put his endurance to the proof. Let us condemn him to a shameful death since he will be looked after – we have his word for it.’
Responsorial Psalm Psalm 53(54):3-6,8
The Lord upholds my life. O God, save me by your name; by your power, uphold my cause. O God, hear my prayer; listen to the words of my mouth. The Lord upholds my life. For proud men have risen against me, ruthless men seek my life. They have no regard for God.

Second reading James 3:16-4:3
Wherever you find jealousy and ambition, you find disharmony, and wicked things of every kind being done; whereas the wisdom that comes down from above is essentially something pure; it also makes for peace, and is kindly and considerate; it is full of compassion and shows itself by doing good; nor is there any trace of partiality or hypocrisy in it. Peacemakers, when they work for peace, sow the seeds which will bear fruit in holiness. Where do these wars and battles between yourselves first start? Isn’t it precisely in the desires fighting inside your own selves? You want something and you haven’t got it; so you are prepared to kill. You have an ambition that you cannot satisfy; so you fight to get your way by force. Why you don’t have what you want is because you don’t pray for it; when you do pray and don’t get it, it is because you have not prayed properly, you have prayed for something to indulge your own desires.

Gospel Mark 9:30-37
Jesus and his disciples made their way through Galilee; and he did not want anyone to know, because he was instructing his disciples; he was telling them, ‘The Son of Man will be delivered into the hands of men; they will put him to death; and three days after he has been put to death he will rise again.’ But they did not understand what he said and were afraid to ask him. They came to Capernaum, and when he was in the house he asked them, ‘What were you arguing about on the road?’ They said nothing because they had been arguing which of them was the greatest. So he sat down, called the Twelve to him and said, ‘If anyone wants to be first, he must make himself last of all and servant of all.’ He then took a little child, set him in front of them, put his arms round him, and said to them, ‘Anyone who welcomes one of these little children in my name, welcomes me; and anyone who welcomes me welcomes not me but the one who sent me.’

09.19 (日) 靈修的世俗化 常年期第廿五主日 馬爾谷福音九30-37
聆聽聖言
那時候，耶穌和門徒們起身，經過加里肋亞；耶穌卻不願叫人知道。因為那時祂教訓祂的門徒，給他們說：「人子將要被交在人手中，為人所殺；被殺以後，過了三天，祂必要復活。」門徒卻不明白這些話，又害怕詢問祂。
他們來到葛法翁，進到家裏，耶穌問他們說：「你們在路上爭論了什麼？」他們都默不作聲，因為他們在路上彼此爭論誰最大。
耶穌坐下，叫過那十二人來，給他們說：「誰若想做第一個，他就得做眾人中最末的一個，並要做眾人的僕役。」
遂領過一個小孩子來，放在門徒中間，抱起他來，給他們說：「誰若因我的名字，收留一個這樣的小孩子，就是收留我；誰若收留我，並不是收留我，而是收留那派遣我來的。」
釋經小幫手
在今天的福音中，我們看到一個令人心酸的現象。培訓了門徒將近三年，耶穌向他們預言自己的受難：祂要「被交在人手中，為人所殺；被殺以後，過了三天，祂必要復活。」然而，我們可以看到，即便門徒在跟隨耶穌，目睹了祂的生活、祈禱、使命，他們卻沒有把耶穌的價值觀内化。相反的，他們的行爲表露出「靈修的世俗化」，行靈修之名，但是做的、想的還是根據世界的價值觀。也許，他們期待耶穌成爲在世上坐擁權力的君王，而在耶穌的王國中他們大家都想成爲最大的、最重要的、最有權力、最出色、最有才華的。教宗方濟各曾提醒神職人員不要低估世俗的誘惑，因爲它是腐敗之門。同樣，身爲一般教友的我們也不能低估靈修的世俗化所帶來的損害。試問，當我們在推廣福傳使命時，我們的重點是否放對？即便我有許多福傳的果實，我的目的到底是為了天主，還是為了當眾人欽羨的對象、為了當靈修界的「第一名」？當然，生活在世上的我們經常被世俗的價值給誘惑。因此，耶穌要我們時時定睛看祂：看祂做什麼、聽祂說什麼、也問祂我們怎麼做。在耶穌的淨化之下，我們的靈修會愈來愈純潔。讓我們學習耶穌，即便成了世界上的第一名，也不受其牽絆，卻願意做眾人中的最後一個，成為眾人的僕役。
品嚐聖言
感受耶穌多麽渴望我們不再爭奪世界上的第一名，卻渴望天國的來臨。
活出聖言
同耶穌一起觀察自己的行爲。你在哪一方面呈現出靈修的世俗化呢？
全心祈禱
耶穌，我渴望像小孩一樣，單純的為祢成為眾人的僕役。阿們。

9月19日 站在十字架下
昂首挺身，是靈性成熟的人面臨世界災難的態度。日常生活的實情，個個都是令人覺得大難臨頭的好材料。但是我們也可以自製不這麼想，充滿信德屹立於這個世界，從不失去屬靈根基，總知道“天地要過去，但耶穌的話卻不會過去”（路21：33）
我們要像聖母瑪利亞一樣，站在十字架下，縱然目睹愛兒的死亡，仍深信天主是信實的。~ 盧雲神父
