耶穌升天節
讀經一（耶穌就在門徒觀望中，被舉上升。）
恭讀宗徒大事錄 1:1-11
德敖斐羅，我在第一部書中，已論及耶穌所行所教的一切，直到祂藉聖神，囑咐了所選的宗徒之後，被接去的那一天為止。祂受難以後，用了許多憑據，向他們顯明自己還活著，四十天之久，顯現給他們，講論天主國的事。耶穌與他們一起進食時，吩咐他們不要離開耶路撒冷，但要等候父的恩許，說：「你們聽我所說過的，若翰固然以水施了洗，但不多幾天以後，你們要因聖神受洗。」他們聚集的時候，就問耶穌說：「主，現在就要給以色列復國嗎？」耶穌回答說：「父以自己的權柄，所定的時間和日期，不是你們應當知道的；但當聖神降臨於你們身上時，你們將充滿聖神的德能，要在耶路撒冷，及全猶太和撒瑪黎雅，並直到地極，為我作證人。」耶穌說完這些話，就在他們觀望中，被舉上升，有一朵雲彩接了他去，離開他們的眼界。他們向天注視著他上升的時候，忽然，有兩個穿白衣的人，站在他們面前，向他們說：「加里肋亞人！你們為什麼站著望天呢？這位離開你們，被接到天上去的耶穌，你們看見祂怎樣升了天，也要怎樣降來。」──上主的話。

領：萬民，你們要鼓掌歡騰，也要向天主歡呼慶祝。因上主至大至尊，可敬可畏；他是統治宇宙的偉大君王。

讀經二（天主使基督在天上坐在自己的右邊。）
恭讀聖保祿宗徒致厄弗所人書 1:17-23
弟兄姊妹們：願我們的主耶穌基督的天主，即那光榮的父，把智慧和啟示的神恩，賜與你們，好使你們認識祂。並願祂光照你們心靈的眼目，為叫你們認清：祂的寵召，有什麼希望；在聖徒中，祂嗣業的光榮，是怎樣豐厚；祂對我們相信的人，所施展強而有效的德能，是怎樣偉大。正如祂已將這德能，施展在基督身上，使祂從死者中復活，叫祂在天上，坐在自己右邊，超乎一切率領者、掌權者、異能者、宰制者，以及一切現世及來世，可稱呼的名號以上。天主又將萬有置於祂腳下，使祂在教會內做至高的元首；這教會就是基督的身體，是基督在一切內，充滿一切的圓滿。──上主的話。
福音前歡呼

恭讀聖路加福音 24:46-53
那時候，耶穌對門徒說：「經上曾這樣記載：默西亞必須受苦，第三天要從死者中復活；並且必須從耶路撒冷開始，因祂的名，向萬邦宣講悔改，以得罪之赦。你們就是這些事的見證人。「看，我要把我父所恩許的，遣發到你們身上。至於你們，你們應當留在這城中，直到佩戴上自高天而來的能力。」耶穌領他們出去，直到伯達尼附近，就舉手降福了他們。正降福他們的時候，就離開他們，被提升天去了。他們叩拜了耶穌，皆大喜歡，返回耶路撒冷，常在聖殿裡稱謝天主。──上主的話。
反省
當耶穌被接升天時，「他們（門徒）叩拜了耶穌，皆大喜歡，返回耶路撒冷，常在聖殿裡稱謝天主。」跟昔日那種徬徨的心情相比，門徒已深明耶穌降生的真正目的，而且明確知道祂還會再回來。因此，復活的主雖然不再在他們身邊，他們仍然可以滿懷信心去走十字架的苦路，不再害怕孤單、恐嚇甚至死亡的威脅。此刻，門徒才真正的領受耶穌復活的喜樂。再沒有什麼可以使他們與天主隔絕，他們常在聖殿稱謝天主，等候聖神降臨。
耶穌升天不是結束，而是福傳使命的延續：「必須從耶路撒冷開始，因他的名，向萬邦宣講悔改，以得罪之赦。你們就是這些事的見證人。」傳揚福音要由自己的身邊開始，在各自的生活、工作中，活出耶穌基督的生命，讓所有跟我們接觸的人，可以在我們身上看到復活主的臨在。
耶穌要門徒留在耶路撒冷，「直到佩戴上自高天而來的能力」，這能力就是指聖神。萬事既已俱備，為什麼門徒不立即出發傳揚福音呢？他們還要等什麼呢？門徒雖然知道耶穌已經復活，但還沒有從膽怯畏懼中得到釋放，他們需要內在改變的能力，就是聖神的力量。耐心等候從天主而來的智慧與力量（聖神），這樣才會萬事俱備，並且充滿喜樂，甘心樂意，將害怕化為信心，將哀愁化為喜樂，忠心到底，為主作見證。只有當我們完全被聖神充滿，順從聖神，才能成為天主的工具。
實踐
耶穌讓門徒看祂手上和腳上的釘孔，這是祂愛的標記，也是祂經歷死亡和復活的憑據，但這不是結束。耶穌不要我們只停留享受祂復活的喜樂中，更要我們出去傳揚救恩的復活喜訊，作祂復活的見證人。今日，聖神已經降臨在我們身上，也透過我們行事，但我們仍需要學習安靜地等候天主，等候自己在天主計畫中的成長；當我們放下重擔等候時，便能重新得力，使我們更穩妥地與主耶穌同行。

5月29日 心裡潔淨的耶穌
蒙福的聖子耶穌是心裡潔淨的。心裡潔淨意味只求天父的旨意成就。耶穌無論做什麼、說什麼，都表明祂是順服的聖子：“我所講論的，都是依照父所教訓我的。派遣我來者與我在一起，他沒有留下我獨自一個，因為我常作他所喜悅的事。”（若8：28-29）耶穌的心思沒有歧念或隱秘的企圖。耶穌具有完美的內心和諧，因為祂完全與天主聯合。
更像耶穌是要作心裡潔淨的人，心裡潔淨使耶穌也使我們有真正的屬靈視野。~盧雲神父
